# Quản lý nhóm

Một nhóm mới được tạo theo 3 bước: Nhập thông tin nhóm, chọn Người quản lý nhóm, và chọn nhân viên thuộc nhóm đó

#### **Thông tin nhóm**

* **Tên nhóm:** Tên nhóm được hiển thị ở các màn trong hệ thống tool autotelesale
* **Tên công khai:** Tên nhóm được hiển thị ở danh sách dữ liệu công khai
* **Loại dữ liệu:** là loại dữ liệu (thư mục con) mà nhóm sẽ phụ trách làm việc

#### Chọn Quản lý nhóm

Danh sách các Quản lý nhóm là các tài khoản có quyền nhân sự Quản lý nhóm, và có Quyền truy cập dữ liệu thư mục con đã chọn ở bước chọn Thông tin nhóm

Một tài khoản Quản lý nhóm có thể quản lý nhiều nhóm

#### Chọn Thành viên

Chọn các nhân viên có quyền truy cập vào loại dữ liệu vào nhóm

Mỗi nhân viên có thể là thành viên của nhiều nhóm tùy thuộc vào quyền truy cập dữ liệu của nhân viên đó
